Rotaract Club

Rotaract is a global volunteer service organization for youth over 18 years of age, consisting of over 200,000 members from over 180 countries. The Rotaract motto, “Fellowship through Service” commits all Rotaractors to a common cause in serving communities, developing professional qualities of youth and promoting global peace & understanding among all people. The movement entails a series of opportunities for the youth to develop their skills and to grow their network, as well as to share their experiences, celebrating friendship and fellowship.

The Rotaract club of the faculty is in the end stage of its chartering process and will be officially established in the new Rotaract year 2021/22 which will commence on July 1st 2021 under the rotary international and it will be one of the most active club in the faculty. 

Objectives

  1. To develop both the professional and leadership skills, which will definitely help a person to be responsible adults in their profession in the future. 
  2.  To develop knowledge and understanding of the needs, problems and opportunities in the community and helping those who are in our need to the extend we are capable of.
  3. To provide opportunities for personal and group activities to serve the community and promote international understanding and goodwill toward all people and to the environment.
  4. To build up mutual understanding between the members of different backgrounds, and learn to work in unity and harmony towards a common goal in order to emphasize respect for the rights of others, based on recognition of the worth of each individual
