Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)

The Faculty of Medicine, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, marked a significant milestone with the signing of its first two industry Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), strengthening academia–industry collaboration in research, innovation, and commercialization. The partnerships focus on two key innovations: the development of a hydrogel wound dressing with selected plant extracts for wound healing and clinical research on Polyvalent Snake Venom Antiserum (SVAS), aiming to translate research into practical healthcare solutions.
