  • Year 1 semester 1 to Year 2 semester 1
  • Lectures - 140 hours
  • Practical Sessions /Small Group Discussions (SGDs) / Tutorials/ Students’ Presentations - 180 hours
  • Self Directed Learning (SDL) - 380 hrs

Eligibility to appear for the End of Course Assessments (2nd MBBS Examination)
  • Minimum of 80% attendance for tutorials, practicals and SGDs even with valid medical certificates or approved leave for any absence.
  • Those who do not obtain a minimum of 80% attendance will have to appear for the repeat examination, which would be considered as a second attempt.
