Ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the University of Bradford, UK, and the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, University of Kelaniya, and the University of Jaffna at the University Grants Commission with the participation of the Secretary of Ministry of Education, Prof. Udaya Rathnayake, VC, SUSL, Prof. Nilanthi De Silva, VC, University of Kelaniya, etc.
