An MoU was signed between the St. Petersburg University of Management Technologies and Economics (UMTE), Russia, and the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (SUSL) on May 19, 2023, at the Vice Chancellor's Office, SUSL, strengthening research, teaching, and international contribution.
