The Professorial Unit of the Faculty of Medicine is being developed as a centre for patient care, clinical training and collaborative research. With a planned capacity of over 400 beds, the facility will include inpatient wards, outpatient clinic spaces and operating theatres.

The Unit will accommodate five major clinical specialties: Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Medicine, Surgery, Psychiatry and Paediatrics, providing an integrated environment for healthcare delivery, hands-on clinical learning and research.
