Global Learning Experience: MSc in Ayurvedic Hospital Management Study Tour – Malaysia 2026 🇲🇾
We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the International Study Tour of the M.Sc. in Ayurvedic Hospital Management (AHM) programme conducted in Malaysia from 02nd to 07th May 2026. The programme is jointly offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and the Faculty of Management Studies of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
This international learning experience provided participants with a valuable opportunity to combine academic learning, professional exposure, cultural understanding, and leisure in a truly global setting. The study tour was carefully designed to enhance participants’ knowledge of advanced healthcare systems, contemporary management practices, institutional operations, and international hospitality standards.
During the visit, the delegation had the privilege of visiting Universiti Teknologi MARA, including its hospital and academic facilities, where participants attended a highly informative lecture series and interactive knowledge-sharing sessions. The visit created an excellent platform for academic exchange, professional networking, and future collaboration opportunities.
In addition to the academic activities, participants gained exposure to industrial operations through visits to several factories and business establishments. The team also explored Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage and tourism attractions, experiencing the country’s unique blend of education, culture, adventure, and leisure.
The study tour offered participants a diverse and enriching experience that strengthened global perspectives, practical learning, teamwork, leadership, and cross-cultural understanding. It was truly a memorable journey of learning beyond the classroom.
