Chauffeur Guide Training Program
On May 23rd, the Department of Tourism Management, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka proudly hosted a successful Chauffeur Guide Training Program in collaboration with Walkers Tours Limited.
We were delighted to host 18 passionate chauffeur guides alongside the dynamic Walkers Tours team:

- Mrs. Kaumini De Silva
- Mrs. Manishka Perera
- Ms. Minelle Ranathunge
- Mr. Devinda Nanayakkara
- Mr. Nuwan Mahawattage
The participants were engaged in interactive and insightful sessions conducted by esteemed resource persons in the department:
- Iraj Ratnayake, Professor in Tourism, on 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘮
- Chandimal Ranathunga, Senior Lecturer, on 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘮
- Hiran Dinusha, Senior Lecturer, on 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘛𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨
