The 3^rd International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing - ICARC 2023 organized by the Faculty of Computing, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (SUSL) was successfully held on 23^rd and 24^th of February 2023 at SUSL as a hybrid event. It took tremendous contributions of numerous stakeholders, partners, and collaborators to make ICARC 2023 a great success!
