Society of Computer Sciences (SOCS)

The Society of Computer Sciences (SOCS) was originally established by the students of the Department of Computing and Information Systems, and works with the cooperation of other undergraduates interested in the subject of information technology in the university. SOCS was founded in 2012 with the intention of fulfilling the following objectives:

● Improving the knowledge of undergraduates regarding the subject of information technology.

● Meeting the human and technological requirements needed to improve the IT knowledge of university undergraduates.

● Organizing university-wide information technology events.

A tremendous number of events are conducted through this society to improve thecomputer literacy of undergraduates and school students as well.
