"Most Outstanding Innovative Idea" at  Lazarus 2.0 Eidos Ideathon

Team “Regex Native” comprising Disara Mapalagama and Minuri Hewage, emerged victorious at the Lazarus 2.0 Eidos Ideathon Competition, organized by the Power and Energy Society of IEEE Student Branch of the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology in July 2023. 

The team's innovative project, “MyJourney”, a modern AI-powered travel planning mobile application, clinched the prize for the "Most Outstanding Innovative Idea." This recognition not only highlights their dedication and creativity but also positions Regex Native as a trailblazer in the ever-evolving landscape of AI-driven solutions for the travel and tourism industry.
