The language centre of the Faculty of Management Studies is an educational space that is specifically designed for students to learn the target language through audio, visual, or a mixture of both media. This is essentially a computer lab that is equipped with the necessary software required to teach students the target language. The language centre offers an exclusive result oriented and efficient to enrich the English language learning process of the faculty students. The multimedia-based language centre helps the students to learn and enhance the language proficiency by sharing the course materials within a second where the teacher and the students involved effortlessly. Further, the language lab provides students to practice in an entertaining and interactive way to acquire the four main language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This centre is a very helpful tool for practicing and assessing one’s speech in any language. It provides a facility which allows the student to listen to model pronunciation, repeat and record the same, listen to their performance and compare with the model, and do self-assessment.
