The final dissemination meeting of CESTour, held at Sabaragamuwa University in Sri Lanka, convened tourism academics from Nepal, India, Italy, and Sri Lanka.

Launching Ceremony of the Website : AgInsight 2024
The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka (SUSL) is proud to announce the launch of its website for the 5th International Conference of Agricultural Sciences (AgInsight 2024). The website was officially unveiled on March 12th, 2024, at the Vice Chancellor's Office.
The technical sessions of the 4th International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing (ICARC 2024) were concluded successfully on the 21st and 22nd of February 2024 at the Faculty of Technology, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
In each session, plenary speeches by prominent speakers from academia and industry were followed by insightful presentations on recent research discoveries in the field of computing.
The inauguration ceremony of the 4th International Conference on Advanced Research in Computing (ICARC 2024) was successfully concluded on the 21st of February 2024 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Geomatics, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
School Students from Ratnapura and Kegalle districts can now enroll in Certificate and Diploma programs, offered in collaboration with the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council and the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. These programs aim to equip Grade 9 to 11 students with programming skills.ย
On February 7th, 2024, the Faculty of Geomatics entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Water Management Institution (IWMI) to facilitate knowledge sharing and research and development, specifically focusing on Remote Sensing within the Department of Remote Sensing and GIS. The documents were signed by the Vice Chancellor of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and the Director General of IWMI.
