Message from the Acting Librarian
Welcome to the Library of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
The University Library is a centre of knowledge, learning, and research, continuously striving to improve and expand its services in response to the evolving needs of our university community. As a growing academic library, we are committed to strengthening our collections, enhancing digital resources, and introducing innovative services that support teaching, learning, and research.
While we are progressing through a continuous development journey and facing various challenges, our dedicated library team remains committed to providing effective, user-focused services and creating a supportive environment for knowledge exploration and academic growth. With continuous improvements to our print and electronic collections, institutional repository, and research support initiatives, we aim to gradually transform our library into a modern, accessible, and technology-enabled learning hub.
