Students’ symposium

The Faculty of Geomatics proudly hosted its annual Students' Symposium on the 9th of
April, bringing together budding scholars, researchers, and academics to celebrate student-
led research and innovation. This vibrant academic forum showcased a wide range of
undergraduate research presentations across disciplines such as Surveying, GIS, Remote
Sensing, Geodesy, and Geomatics.
With an emphasis on academic excellence and practical relevance, the symposium served
as a platform for students to engage in critical discussions, receive constructive feedback,
and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. The symposium not only reflected the
intellectual rigour of our students but also reaffirmed the Faculty’s commitment to
nurturing the next generation of geospatial professionals and researchers.
