Climb to Health Initiative by the Society of Natural Resource Studies

The Society of Natural Resources Studies (SNRS) recently launched the “Climb to Health” Initiative within the Faculty of Applied Sciences premises. As part of this initiative, calorie-burning display stickers have been placed across the staircases aiming to promote stair climbing as a simple and accessible form of exercise by helping individuals recognize the approximate energy they can burn while climbing stairs. It encourages the faculty community to turn their routine movement between lectures and activities into an opportunity for healthier living.

Small steps today, a healthier tomorrow!
