The University Business Linkage Cell of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka has officially entered into a MoU with Spice Lab by Ceylon Pvt. Ltd on 16th December 2020 at Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. The purpose of this MOU is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Company and the University will meet and function in evaluating the viability of the invention titled “A Herbal Soup Mix with Anti-Diabetic Activity” invented by the research team of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. The event was grace by the Vice-Chancellor, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, Prof. Udaya Rathnayake, Director, Spice Lab by Ceylon (Pvt.) Ltd Dr. Tharanga Samarasekara and other dignitaries.
