If you have a new invention, the first step is to submit an Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) and Requisition Form for Filing a Patent through UBLC on your discovery, invention, process, know-how, modification, or extension of these items. Upon receiving your correspondences, UBLC will officially start the patenting and commercialization process. We invite all our university community to formally notify your innovation or discovery that has commercial potential to UBLC.
