University Business Linkage Cell (UBLC), Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka conducted an Interactive Session on Developing Policies and Standards for the Innovation Ecosystem for the academics and administrative staff of the university. The workshop was held on 12th October from 9.00 am onwards at the Staff Development Center. The session was attended by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Senior Prof. Udaya Rathnayake, Deans of the Faculties Senate Members, Registrar and Bursar of the University, Senior Academic Staff and the Administrative Staff of the University.
The session was conducted by Prof. Indunil Dayaratne, Director, UBLC.

- Drafting the terms of the Collaborative Research Agreement
- Suggestions to improve the University IP Policy
- Discussion on the issues in the Technology Licensing Agreement
- Develop a Start-Up Guideline for the University based on the UGC circular
