GIS Lab
The Geographical Information Science (GIS) Laboratory of Faculty of Geomatics is rich with commercial GIS software packages to cater the facilities in the academic and research activities of undergraduate and postgraduate students of the faculty. The laboratory can handle 25 students at a time in a fully furnished digital environment.
Remote Sensing Lab

The laboratory can handle 25 students at a time in a fully furnished digital environment.
Photogrammetry Lab
Digital photogrammetric laboratory operates with 07 computers and related software packages installed in. Additionally, this special laboratory is rich with original MathLab software to provide a better service for the undergraduate and postgraduate students attached to the Faculty of Geomatics and Faculty of Graduate Studies respectively.
Cartography Lab
This laboratory is attached to the Mapping hall of the faculty. It is rich with facilities for 300 students at a time.
Physics Lab
The physics laboratory under department of RSGIS maintains a comprehensive collection of experiments, to be used as part of the introductory physics courses. The laboratory moved into a new building in January 2018. The building includes laboratory and teaching space designed specifically with seating capacity of 40 students. We are capable of offering the more than 30 experiments, which are intended to support physics teaching and lectures in the department. A laboratory experiment offers an opportunity to the students to familiarize themselves with various instruments, which they study in theory and this finds applications in industry, engineering and everyday life.
