Empowering Education: SPIRIT Erasmus+ Project at Sabaragamuwa University - workshop on Inclusive Education

The SPIRIT Erasmus project team of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the University of Peradeniya and the Ministry of Education conducted a one-day workshop for school teachers on "Promote the inclusive education practices in Sri Lanka through teachers’ awareness" on 9th April 2024 at the National Institute of Education Sri Lanka.

Prof. Ivan Salazar Chang (PhD in psychology), a professor at the Technical University of Valencia, Spain contributed to this workshop by delivering a lecture on ‘Transforming inclusive education through the flipped classroom model’. Among the prestigious resource persons, our faculty members: Prof. R.M.K.T. Rathnayaka and Ms. T.P. Liyanage as well as members of the Erasmus SPIRIT project delivered valuable speeches while Ms. Gayani Dias hosted the program.
