Workshop on Psychological Counseling, Mentoring and Grievance Handling.

Department of Economics and Statistics successfully conducted a two day workshop themed “Psychological Counselling, Mentoring and Grievance handling mechanism” at the Staff Development Center (SDC) in Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, on 15th and 16th of September 2020. Dr. Kanthi Hettigoda, Clinical Psychologist at Sri Lanka Navy from General Sir John Kotelawala Defense University participated as the resource person of this workshop. The aim of this workshop was to practice skills and attitudes as a good counselor and play a vital role in the day to day life as an academic.
