Thus, the state universities should focus on preparing graduates for careers with demanding skills of the potential employers.
My vision is to become a service center of quality and excellence in the university to support undergraduates to be productive and efficient members of the workforce by developing transferable skills such as effective communication, leadership qualities, team work skills, and motivation while being socially responsive and positively contributing to their own well- being.
It is my pleasure to lead the CGU to provide necessary infrastructure and guidance to the undergraduates of SUSL via well-crafted series of events and programs while networking with external organizations, resource persons and other well-wishers. Hope this will facilitate students to harvest the benefits of such relationships to be employable and to become an organizational citizen with cognitive flexibility and work life balance.
