Annual cricket match is organized by the Sabaragamuwa and Wayamba Medical Faculties. In 2020, the 1st match was won by Sabaragamuwa Medical Faculty cricket team.

Together with the Faculty staff, the Religious Society organizes Pirith and Almsgiving events every year to give merit to those who have donated their bodies to the anatomy department.

Estrellas
Estrellas is the Annual Talent Show and Freshers' Welcome held by the students of the Faculty of Medicine, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Every year the students get a platform to showcase their many aesthetic talents of singing, dancing, drama
and compering onstage. The show is followed by the official welcome for the freshers of the faculty by their seniors.
