Library membership

Students who have been registered as the internal students in the SUSL, have right to obtain membership of the library. Membership will be valid until the cancellation of studentship. Members of the Academic and Non-Academic staff, in accordance with their appointment letters, will be given the membership temporarily. Application for the library membership can be obtained from the useful forms section.

For non-academic staff members:

Except texts and subject-oriented books, other books will be issued for them. Application forms for registration will be accepted on recommendation of the head of the request department.



For researchers and candidates of post graduate studies from other institutions will be provided with library facilities with the permission from the librarian.

Issuing Library Books

As the library has been automated,  all the transactions are done by the Integrated Library System (ILS). Therefore the library users are compelled to bring their University identity cards when they come to the library for transactions.
