Dr.Prashant Mothe is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of English, Adarsh Senior College, Omerga, Dist.Dharashiv, Maharashtra,India. He is the Editor-in-Chief of LangLit: An International Peer-Reviwed Open Access Journal (www.langlit.org). He has delivered talks as the Keynote Speaker in various International Webinars held at Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Bhutan & Egypt. He is the Research Guide of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar & Seven Research Scholars have successfully completed their research under his guidance. He is the content developer for the syllabus of the Degree Programme at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat & Member of BoS in English at five reputed Autonomous Colleges across Maharashtra. He is one of the BoS Members in English at Savitribai Phule Pune University,Pune and Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University,Nagpur. He has chaired technical sessions, plenary sessions and keynote speeches in different state, national and international conferences & webinars. He has also delivered Ten lectures as the resource person at UGC- HRDC/ AICTE/UGC-STRIDE Centers of various reputed Universities. His areas of interests are ELT, Linguistics, MALL, CALL, Pragmatics, Indian Writing in English and E-Content development.
