FST Scholars Bag NSF Awards

Snr. Prof. Udaya Rathnayake and Ms. Amanda Sajiwanie, of the Department of Food Science and Technology, were recently presented the SUSRED Award for 2020.

SUSRED (Support Scheme for Supervision of Research Degrees) is a NSF (National Science Foundation) award given to Supervisors of postgraduate research degrees (MPhils and PhDs), in recognition of the service to the nation.
