CONSUMPTION CALCULATION
The carbon footprint calculation which is the total greenhouse gas emissions caused by
an individual, event, organization, service, place or product, expressed as carbon dioxide
equivalent is a requirement in the process of certifying with ISO 14064 – Part I Standard.
The faculty has emitted 62630.1 CO2e into the atmosphere as direct emissions and total
student lecture hours are calculated as 681540 for the year 2019 which is considered as
the base year Accordingly, direct carbon footprint for the year 2019 is calculated as
0.09189 CO2e per student lecture hour as direct emissions.
