Step 1: Submission of Abstracts
Authors who wish to publish their original research work at the conference under the following tracks must submit the abstracts according to the guidelines given.

Review Process
The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts in the relevant fields, and the decision about acceptance, rejection, or acceptance with changes will be notified to the authors. If the reviewers' decision is "acceptance with changes," you must address the changes mentioned in the reviewers' comments and submit the camera-ready copy.
Step 2: Submit the Camera Ready Copy
If your abstract is accepted, please submit the camera-ready copy after addressing the reviewers' comments by March 17, 2025. The acceptance of the work ensures that the work will be presented at the conference. Please refer to the Camera-Ready Template.
Step 3: Registration
If your paper is accepted, the presenting author must register for ICET 2025 by March 20, 2025. Only registered authors are allowed to present at the conference.
Step 4:Oral and Poster Presentation Templates
After being registered as an author, you would be notified with the date, time, venue, and the session on which you have to present your paper. On the day of your presentation, you must attend the appropriate session for which you have been informed and present your paper when it is your turn. If the work involves more than one author, we expect the presence of at least one author at the conference.
Oral Presentation - (12 minutes talk + 3 minutes Q&A)

Poster - The poster size should be 75 cm in width and 90 cm in height.
