Step 1: Submission of Abstracts

Authors who wish to publish their original research work at the conference under the following tracks must submit the abstracts according to the guidelines given.

  • Advances in Emerging Sciences
  • Applied Biotechnology and Microbiology
  • Bioenergy and Biofuel Generation Technology
  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology
  • Drug Discovery and Development
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology

General Guidelines

  • Authors should upload blind abstracts (leaving out the names of authors and their affiliations, for the purpose of blind reviewing) for initial submission to the CMT, and details of ALL AUTHORS must be added to the authors section of the CMT submission page. You cannot change the author list after the initial submission.
  • Abstracts submitted with author details will not be considered for reviewing, and authors will be requested to resubmit according to the above-given instructions.
  • Research work presented or published elsewhere will not be considered.
  • Authors should submit abstracts under one of the six themes. The Editorial Board reserves the right to change the theme of the abstract selected by the authors to a more relevant theme, if necessary.
  • It is important for all authors to recognize that plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional ethics.
  • If your Abstract is accepted, you will be asked to submit the camera-ready version of the Abstract before the stipulated deadline.

Please adhere to the specified guidelines provided below for abstract preparation:

  • Margins: Abstracts must be in single spacing, font size 12 in Times New Roman.
  • Abstract Length: 300 Words.
  • File Format: Abstract must be submitted in Word file format.
  • Title: Written in title case, font size 14, bold, and centered.
  • Key Words: 4-5 keywords.
  • Author Declaration Form:A completed author declaration form, including the signatures of all authors, must be submitted along with the abstract during the initial submission.

Review Process

The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts in the relevant fields, and the decision about acceptance, rejection, or acceptance with changes will be notified to the authors. If the reviewers' decision is "acceptance with changes," you must address the changes mentioned in the reviewers' comments and submit the camera-ready copy.

Step 2: Submit the Camera Ready Copy

If your abstract is accepted, please submit the camera-ready copy after addressing the reviewers' comments by March 17, 2025. The acceptance of the work ensures that the work will be presented at the conference. Please refer to the Camera-Ready Template.

Step 3: Registration

If your paper is accepted, the presenting author must register for ICET 2025 by March 20, 2025. Only registered authors are allowed to present at the conference.

Step 4:Oral and Poster Presentation Templates

After being registered as an author, you would be notified with the date, time, venue, and the session on which you have to present your paper. On the day of your presentation, you must attend the appropriate session for which you have been informed and present your paper when it is your turn. If the work involves more than one author, we expect the presence of at least one author at the conference.
