I am pleased to offer my heartiest congratulations to the Faculty of
Management Studies (FMS), Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanaka on

its 25th anniversary.
The FMS has become a renowned and distinguished pioneer in the
realm of management education to thousands of business professionals
by providing knowledge and skills which sets them apart from the
rest. I applaud the FMS for successfully fostering the integration of the

best of theoretical knowledge and applied business practices in its
teaching, research, and extracurricular activities for the successful
development of its graduands. This is evident by the number of

colleagues who have successfully triumphed in the business world both
locally and globally, who are testimonies to the academic vigor and the
humanity that was inculcated upon them by the FMS of the University of
Sabaragamuwa. I am always proud to be a child of the mother FMS (in
1997), Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, I would like to express my
gratitude and sincere thanks to all the teaching and other staff whose
commitment has resulted in this amazing development of the faculty. I

wish the FMS continued success in the years to come.
