Over the past 25 years, the Faculty of Management Studies

(FMS) of the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka has

thrived to be one of the best management faculties in Sri
Lanka with all her degree programs are ‘A’ graded, global

visibility in research and local outreach in nourishing

communities. FMS is truly a great place to work where
members enjoy great freedom in bringing creative and

innovative solutions in developing human capital, generating

new knowledge, uplifting the community, and enriching
nature. Importantly, being a faculty member, I cherish the

bond and the care extended by our beloved faculty members
continuously in an inclusive environment. I strongly believe

that FMS has the potential to become a driving force in

management education and research in South Asia by 2030
and create a long-lasting positive impact on humanity and

nature in the long run.
