Vice-Chancellor Prof. Udaya Rathnayake, Director \u2013 UBLC Prof. Indunil Dayaratne, Vice Chairman, University Grant Commission (Principal Investigator) Prof. Chandana P Udawatte, Dean-Faculty of Applied Sciences Dr. Rasangi Sabaragamuwa, Dr. L.V. Ranaweera, Dr. Nuwan Wanniarachchi and Dr. Hasintha Wijesekara, Secretary-SMGJ Mr. S.M. Piyatissa, Chairman-National Gem and Jewellery Authority of Sri Lanka Mr. Thilak Weerasinghe and other dignitaries were the key participants in the meeting.
