Spice in wine is a careful process since there are many possible avenues that are capable of ruining the taste of the wine with bad after flavors. The significance of the product is, years of trials made it possible to make a proper wine with expected alcohol levels. This is the first time in history that Ceylon cinnamon bark and leaf are used in the wine industry.
