The Cell functions directly under the Vice-Chancellor and the Senate approved Advisory Board. The UBLC has taken the responsibility to link the University research and innovation activities with external business stakeholders. We help startups of our undergraduates\/academic community and assist in commercialization of their innovations, research and development
