Mr. Kavinda Chalitha is the latest addition to the department of Business Management and currently, he is serving as a probationary lecturer. He has completed his first degree From the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka specializing in Business Management. Kavinda has obtained over 7 years of accounting experience in both government and mercantile sectors. Presently he is studying for his Master's Degree at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Mainly his research focuses on Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, and Intellectual Capital.
