Ms. Chathuri Ariyarathne is a Lecturer (Probationary) attached to the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. She obtained her B.Sc. (Special) in Business Management Degree from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka with a first-class in 2017. Also, she won the Coca- Cola Beverage Lanka Ltd Gold Medal for the best academic performance of the Department of Business Management and Jhon Karunaratne Memorial, Gospel House Handicrafts Fair Trade Gold Medal for the best performance in subject of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.

Currently, she is reading for her M.Sc. in Management at University of Sri Jayewardenepura. In 2018, she joined the Department of Business Management as an Assistant Lecturer and was promoted to a Lecturer (Probationary) in 2021.

Her major teaching areas are comprised of Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and International Business Management.
