Ms. Lakmini Walakumbura is a Lecturer (Probationary) in Financial Management at the Department of Accountancy and Finance, Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Ms.Lakmini obtained her first degree, BSc. Honours in Financial Management (First Class Honours) from the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka in 2017. Also, she won the gold medal for the highest final GPA and Best Performance in Investment and Portfolio Management of the Department of Accountancy and Finance. She completed her postgraduate degree in Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2022 and currently reading for , M.Sc. in Management of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
