D A N S Y Dassanayake is a Senior Lecturer in Chinese in the Department of Languages of Sabaragamuwa Uniuversity of Sri Lanka. Having undergone Teacher Training in China he has served as a member of the Curriculum Revision Committee for Advanced Level Chinese Language for National Institute of Education. He has also extended his services to Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation, Uva Wellassa University and various other institutions in translation, syllabus revision and etc. assignments. His research and other publication interests include Pedagogy of TCFL, Chinese Linguistics, Chinese history and philosophy.
