Dr. Sugeeswari Lekamge is attached to the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computing and Information Systems, Faculty of Computing. After being graduated from University of Peradeniya in 2010, she joined the same as a member of the academic support staff at the Department of Statistics and Computer Science, Faculty of Science. She started her career as a lecturer in 2011 at the Department of Computing and Information Systems, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. She has successfully completed the Master of Engineering (Information and Management Systems Engineering) and Doctor of Engineering (Information Science and Control Engineering) at the Graduate School of Engineering, Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 2014 and 2017 respectively. 

While expanding her professional capacity as an administrator, an academician and a researcher, Dr. Lekamge wishes to make her fullest contribution to the Sri Lankan higher education domain and towards national development.
