Human Library Project: Event 05

The 5th “Human Library Event” organized by the library, SUSL was successfully held on 24thJanuary 2023 at 10. 00 am at the auditorium, Faculty of Geomatics, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, Belihuloya. The 5th human book was award-winning writer Mr. Mahinda Prasad Masimbula.
The event was graced by the Vice-Chancellor, the deans of faculties, academic staff, administrative officers, non-academic staff and students of the university. Distant readers could read his biography via the official Facebook page of the library, SUSL.
This event included a puzzle filling game and the winner, Mr. Pramod Bandara was gifted with the novel “Appoiyawa” wittern by Mr. Mahinda Prasad Masimbula.
This projectwas aimed at creating a learning platform; promoting active, open, and live discussions;enhancing knowledge sharing and a research culture among the university community.
