Waruna Kannangara is a Lecturer (Probationary) at the Department of Surveying and Geodesy, Faculty of Geomatics at the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Following his graduation he has served as a surveyor, quantity surveyor and cost consultant to reputed foreign and local organizations in Sri Lanka, U.A.E, and Maldives and gained sound knowledge in the field of surveying and quantity surveying. He joined the Faculty of Geomatics in 2015 and at present he is coordinating the land surveying field practical programs and teaches construction surveying and quantity surveying for undergraduate students.
