Waruna Kannangara is a Lecturer in the Department of Surveying and Geodesy, Faculty of Geomatics at the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. Following his graduation, he has served as a surveyor, quantity surveyor, and cost consultant to reputed foreign and local organisations in Sri Lanka, the U.A.E., and the Maldives, gaining sound knowledge in surveying and cost managments. He joined the Faculty of Geomatics in 2015 and is currently coordinating the land surveying field practical programs. He also conducts teaching related to construction surveying and deformation monitoring & analysis for undergraduate students.
