Profile

Mr H M C G Bandara obtained his first degree in Marketing Management from the faculty o Business Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka in year 2000.Also he completed MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo in 2011. Presently he is reading for the PhD. at the Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Colombo. Further, he has successfully completed Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom in the year 2006. After the undergraduate studies from the Sabaragamuwa University, he joined to the private sector as a management trainee at Buildwel Lanka Private Limited in year 2000 and after the management trainee period was promoted to the position of Assistant Business Development Manager. Senior CO-worker at SOS Children Village, Nuwara Eliya, Sales Manager, Ceylinco Developers Pvt Ltd are some establishments that he served in the private sector. He joined to the Department of Business Management, Faculty of Management Studies at Sabaragamuwa University as a Temporary Assistant Lecturer in year 2006 and was promoted Probationary Lecturer, Lecturer and Senior Lecturer grade II in 2007, 2012 respectively. Presently he is in study leave for his PhD.
