I am attached to Department of Business Management, working as a Head of the department currently. I am as a senior lecturer(Gr. I) delevering lecturs on HRM, International Business Management, and Organizational Behaviour presently. At early stage of my career, I used to teach subjects such as Introduction to Tourism, Tourism Marketig, Tourism Management, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Management Process etc. I have been working in Sabaragamuwa Univesity for 25 years,bearing different posts such as Tourism course coordinator, Chaimen of teaches' association of AUC, Practical training unit coordinator, Head of the department, Student counselor etc. and I have published three research papers in defferent University journals, three news paper articals and a     book on International Business Management.
