Profile

Mr. W.A. Senathissa is a Lecturer (Probationary) at Economics attached to the Department of Economics and Statistics in Faculty of Social Sciences and Languages. He is an articulate, confident person who relishes challenges and working under pressure. His greatest strengths are my research, communication and teaching economics in a friendly working environment. His ultimate objective is to make a graduate who are able to compete with the any circumstances on the way them reaches their goals as a man with humanity. Senathissa has chosen education as a career because He believe that education is perhaps the most important function performed in our culture, or for that matter, any culture. He believe that teachers individually and collectively can not only change the world, but improve it, and in the process, find personal and professional renewal. He want to be part of this noble profession, and someday to be counted among those in whom future preserves teachers found inspiration.
