Cooperation and Association Between the Faculty of Management Studies of the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and the Eurasian Doctoral Summer Academy (ESDA)

The Eurasian Doctoral Summer Academy (EDSA) was founded in 2015 by Prof. Cameron A. Batmanghlich with the idea of equipping Doctoral Researchers (PhD / DBA) with tools for ensuring a high quality of their thesis in compliance with sound scientific method.

EDSA’s vision is articulated as follows:

“To be the absolute top platform used by academicians to further scientific studies with a focus on harmonizing the scientific method towards a ‘Generally Accepted Scientific Method’ (GASM) within the realm of social sciences across various academic cultures around the globe with Eurasia as its departure point, assisting Post-Graduate Candidates, Graduate Students, Researchers and Scholars in their work, networking needs, cooperation and research collaboration”.

EDSA’s focus on Global Social Responsibility in Education.  Under this platform, EDSA offers free consultation and advise to aspiring Doctoral Candidates who are economically disadvantaged while supporting free universities such as ‘University of People’ by making EDSA’s professors available as volunteering faculty members.
